INDEPENDENT STUDY (COMPUTER
BASED) REAL ESTATE COURSES
Independent Study provides for interactive instruction via your personal
computer or over the Internet. This method of learning requires no classroom attendance for
the course credit. Pre license and Post license courses require an in-class
final exam. All the following courses are approved for credit meeting
the Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements.
Independent Study is convenient, you may take courses at your home or
office according to your own schedule. The courses are easy to use
and require no previous computer experience. The independent study courses
will focus your time on what you need to learn. It lets faster learners
or advanced students proceed quickly, but allows time for those students
who need more help.
